The delivery time for ordered products is stipulated in the "Delivery Details" section. Lisa&Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or its inability to contact the client in a timely manner to meet the delivery deadline.

Product prices may change without prior notice. Product images are real, but some may be presented as sample images, or a product image may feature a collection of items. Additional product details can be requested by phone.

It is possible that, due to an error, some products displayed on the site and ordered by the client may no longer be in stock. In such cases, the company will contact the client who placed the order to inform them of the situation. The client can choose to receive the order without the unavailable product or cancel the entire order. Any amount paid in advance will be refunded if the order is canceled.

TRAFFIC MONITORING REPORTS
When visiting a website, you disclose certain information, such as your IP address, visit time, and how you accessed the site, along with information about your device (hardware model, operating system version, browser used, etc.). Lisa&Co., like other operators, records this information to improve user experience and service quality. These data will only be analyzed with your consent, in accordance with current legislation.

In compliance with the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended, and Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in electronic communications, Lisa&Co. is obligated to manage safely and only for the specified purposes, the personal data you provide about yourself or another person.

Lisa&Co. has implemented physical, electronic, and administrative security measures in accordance with regulations to protect your personal data. These data can only be accessed by a limited number of authorized individuals in accordance with point 2 of the Privacy Policy.
