After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email with the details of your order.

If your order contains jewelry that is listed as "made to order" in the product description on the website, please refer to the listed production time (such as 3-5 business days).

Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will then receive an email notification with tracking information. Please contact us via comanda.lisa@gmail.com if you have any questions.

Please note that we work from Tuesday to Saturday, from 10:00 to 19:00.

Our jewelry falls into two categories: in stock and pre-order. The delivery time for pre-order differs depending on the complexity of the production and the available stock of raw materials.

Find the specific delivery time for each product in the details section. For in-stock products, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, plus delivery time which is generally 24 hours.

For pre-order jewelry, please allow between 3-5 business days (for necklaces) and 30-40 business days (for engagement rings and wedding bands), plus 24-hour delivery time.

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons and holidays, there may be processing and delivery delays.

First of all, please check your spam/junk mail folders, as sometimes our order confirmations can appear there.

Otherwise, please make sure that the contact information you have provided us is up to date and correct. Once you have verified, please email us via comanda.lisa@gmail.com and we will be able to assist you and confirm your order.

We can only make changes to your order if it has not been shipped. If the package has already left, but the delivery address is incorrect, please contact us at +40 792 468 099 and we can try to correct it in time for delivery.

If you would like to modify the contents of your order in any way, such as changing the size or adding products, please contact us by phone as soon as possible.
