Your satisfaction is an essential component of the Lisa&Co. brand. That’s why we pay special attention to every step, from concept and design to execution and final presentation, ensuring that we offer you the highest quality products when you purchase our jewelry. We use premium materials that have undergone testing processes prior to sale.

All Lisa&Co. products come with a 2-year warranty and are accompanied by a Warranty Certificate. To claim the warranty, you must present the defective product, along with its accessories, proof of purchase, and the original warranty certificate. If the products are not accompanied by these documents, they may be returned to the customer without resolving the warranty claim.

The customer has the option to exchange the product one time within 14 days of purchase, provided the receipt or invoice (for online orders) is presented, and only if the product has not been worn and shows no signs of wear due to improper handling.

The warranty conditions are in accordance with Law 449/2003 and OG 21/1992. Consumer rights are in line with OUG no. 140/2021. Consumer rights are not affected by the warranty conditions.

Lisa&Co. jewelry is marked in compliance with current legislation under the guidance and control of the National Authority for Consumer Protection - Precious Metals Division.

For gold jewelry, the commercial warranty period is 3 months from the date of purchase, as per the instructions mentioned in the Warranty Certificate. Additionally, for gold jewelry, Lisa&Co. offers polishing maintenance services (only if this service is available at the workshop).

The warranty covers manufacturing or finishing defects. It does not cover incidents and accidents caused by the customer's fault, such as mechanical shocks, exposure to fire, careless wear (during sleep, cleaning activities, sports activities), loss, detachment, and/or breaking of stones, etc.

For silver jewelry, the commercial warranty period is 30 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the instructions mentioned in the Warranty Certificate.

The warranty covers manufacturing or finishing defects. It does not cover various incidents or accidents caused by the customer's fault, such as mechanical shocks, exposure to fire, careless wear (during sleep, cleaning activities, sports activities), loss, detachment, and/or breaking of stones, etc.

For pearl jewelry, the commercial warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with the instructions mentioned in the Warranty Certificate.

The warranty covers manufacturing or finishing defects. It does not cover various incidents or accidents caused by the customer's fault, such as mechanical shocks, exposure to fire, careless wear (during sleep, cleaning activities, sports activities), loss, detachment, and/or breaking of stones, etc.

Repairs for products whose damage results from a defect in workmanship or materials and is covered by warranty will be handled by Lisa&Co. with several options depending on the type of product: repair, replacement, or return. All these services will be provided free of charge by Lisa&Co.

If it is determined that repair is not possible, the jewelry will be replaced under the conditions stipulated by Law no. 449/2003 (revised). In the case of a replacement, the delivery of the same model cannot be guaranteed, depending on available stock, but a product of equivalent value, similar, or chosen by the customer will be provided.

Lisa&Co. products can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. All products eligible for return or exchange must be in the same condition as when purchased. We do not accept worn products or those showing signs of wear, scratches, modifications, or damage caused by the customer. Products must also be accompanied by the Warranty Certificate and proof of payment indicating the purchase date.

For returns or exchanges, the cost of shipping will be borne by the customer, except for products with manufacturing defects or those covered by warranty, in which case Lisa&Co. will assume this responsibility.

Lisa&Co. can refund the value of returned products within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package to the bank account specified by the customer.

The commercial warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, oxidation, or damages caused by loss, theft, improper use, negligent or intentional misuse.

The warranty does not cover unauthorized cleaning, maintenance, or repairs by Lisa&Co.

Keep them away from lotions, creams, perfumes, dishwashing detergents, or other corrosive substances to avoid damage.

  • Store them in a plastic zip-lock bag or in a jewelry box protected from dust and intense light.
  • Do not wear them at the pool or the sea.
  • Do not sleep while wearing delicate pieces.
  • Clean them occasionally with mild soap and water.
  • Wear them periodically to prevent tarnishing.
